      Pros

      Very international environment. Possibility to improve your knowledge in many areas of the finance Industry, as well as getting good technical skills. Most importantly, there is a great support within the company from all co-workers, and common goals are well identified. This is a great place to learn how to work better!

      Cons

      One has to adapt very quickly and to understand what is at stake. Management is there to provide advice and support but lack time to do so more often. Workplaces quality of life in the different locations seems unequal.

      When cbord joined we thought the collaboration was going to be good. Needless did we know they were planning the funeral for horizon employees. When they couldn’t fire us they found and nitpick everything we did. Clients were happy with the product and service. However internally it was a complete cluster. It is sad to see what those people at cbord have done. It use to be a great company. RIP

      It seems there is an error: we are with Horizon Software - Trading platform technologies and not Horizon Software based in Duluth: a technology for food service operations. We don't have any offices at your location, we are only located in France, Canada, UAE, Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapour.
