Pros
Many of the associates are women, many of the associates are lovely and very supportive
Cons
Horrible upper management, with very little support for their associates. Like all law firms, partners are too busy to mentor or manage, and there are marginal, if any, systems in place. You don’t mind it until you realize why other places have systems- some of them are necessary for the associates’ well-being and for them to thrive. This is a small shop, but nearly a third of their partners and a third of associates left in the past two years, which is telling.
