-Because Hunter is recognized as a premier recruiting agency, the bar for success is set incredibly high and sometimes requires longer working days and extra effort - but this in turn is a positive. -The recruiting industry is very competitive and relies heavily on outside correspondence (independent of Hunter) which is not always consistent. The growth of this company lends itself to opening the door for more human resource development and truly autonomous hiring.
