Pros
Excellent opportunities for career growth, so if you are making progress and self-developing, you can build a good career within the company. No toxicity in the team! Coworkers are very friendly, we respect each other. The heads of the departments are always ready to listen to each employee, you may not be afraid to take the initiative and offer different ideas for improving or developing something.
Cons
The life of an agency is sometimes too active and absorbs completely, you forget that there is a life outside of work.

Pros
Great leadership. I’ve been in the industry for several years, but my seniors have been extremely supportive and helpful to me—I still find myself learning about new things. My direct manager has taught me probably some straight up college courses. Great mentorship and leading. It’s kind of experience you have to dig for to find. I’ll be forever grateful for that. Great sense of direction and feeling of belonging. Respect from senior managers to junior managers, never felt hierarchy or bureaucratic pressure. The most important aspect to highlight is, for me personally this place made work feel inspiring. I don’t feel tired in the morning and often find myself staying up late to learn more or do more, in contrast to some of my sad previous job experiences where I felt like I was constantly waiting for the work day to end. Feedback is very gentle, respectful. Doesn’t make you feel like you’ve done the work for “nothing.” I value that a lot!!! A lot of extremely smart women in the team. Something my feminist soul aspires for. Brilliant mentorship. Great place for those who want to grow.
Cons
Sometimes the task and workload gets chaotic and unbalanced under tight deadline pressures—but gets fixed quickly.
