Pros

Fair benefits, flexible working culture, friendly people at the work place, possibility to work onsite through IAV with companies like VW, M&M etc. IAV is part of VWAG group

Cons

Company does not bother about their employees at times specially the employees working onsite, companies main goal becomes to stay in business and earn the comission. No carrier plans for employees, probably you will work in same area till your last day in company even if you want a role change and growth. No training is provided or if it does you have sign a bond (depends on training program) Currently company facing serious business situation at some location inn the world Many global IAV offices has been shut down due to lack of local business, only Germany doing well because of VWAG (possibility to get a job there is hard)

Pros

I really enjoyed my time with IAV. It was a great company to work for. Great benefits with flexible hours if needed.

Cons

The work load wasn't always consistent. They closed down the dyno lab and laid everyone off.

Pros

Nice people. Good benefits. Decent swag.

Cons

Extremely poor management. CEO was changed right after I joined. Company is a subsidiary of the parent company in Germany but EXTREMELY tethered to it which makes it extremely hard to operate. Crazy outdated processes (CRM, expense reporting, travel, etc.) making working extremely inefficient. Near zero engineering support in the US despite needing to provide engineering services to US-based clients. Basically a fake it until you make it office riding on the reputation of the German parent. Had me speak on panels and represent the company to clients for an entire week only to lay me off the day after it was over. Steer clear.
