      Structured work week, Time and a half pay after 8hrs per day, Time and a half pay on Saturday, Double time pay on Sunday and Holidays. Awesome retirement!

      Cons

      You may have to work in the heat/cold. Sometimes the hours are long.

      Pros

      Good teachers and learning environment in JATC. Highly responsive administration for school.

      Seems like there is always whining about political drama within the union. Reminds me of high school sometimes.

      If you love construction or service work.

      Cons

      Will take a pay cut to do apprenticeship, but it pays off, if you can last thru the 5 years of being a subordinate.
