Pros
Fast Paced learning. There are so many projects, you learn a lot. As a designer, your design doesn't go to a client until a PEng reviews and stamps, so you learn fast the things you do wrong. Good pay compared to other design companies, especially if you have a masters degree.
Cons
Very focused on high quantity high quality output. You have to account for every half an hour of your work time on timesheets. No regard for work life balance. You are compared to other people your age on your output rather than your goals. No appreciation for hard work or working late hours, that's an expectation. Very old school mentality. They believe working from home means you're fooling around. Not trusting of staff. Management tries to mold you into what they think is best, instead of listening to what you actually want to learn and accomplish.
