    Amazingly dreadful and great at doing nothing

    Nil. No positives to take from this company. Avoid associating with this or any of its sister or parent companies at all costs.

    Cons

    This company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. Here’s a few points below to summarise Awful communication. Amazingly good at Micro-management. Zero support systems. Persistent Blame culture ‘Them and us’ Exec management style long hours and overworking tirelessly will be a daily routine. Stress and anxiety levels will persistently be through the roof. Poor pay with an ‘exec calibration’ rigged bonus structure HR is there to protect the company not to empower employment rights Run as fast as you can if this cowboy of a company reach out to you for employment - their head office front entrance has and always will be referred to as, a revolving one because the employee treatment is shockingly awful. Worst job I’ve ever experience in my life. I could go on for days but you get the point.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are sorry that you have not enjoyed your time at IESA. We note that you have been an implementer with the company for between 3-4 years and will have experienced our fast growth and the move to IESA being part of a wider group, who have been very supportive and enabled us to offer further benefits to our employees. Over the last few years our employee engagement score has moved from 59% to 70%, in addition to this survey we have been holding monthly focus groups to support your area of the business of which several ideas have been implemented immediately. We have a clocking in and out system in place for implementers to ensure excessive hours are not worked and always work with you to try and ensure the team finishes early on Friday to help with travel time. In the last 18 months we have received excellent feedback in the business regarding communication and there are regular updates from the Exec team, weekly newsletter, President's monthly update, cascade, Yammer and group communications. During the recent pandemic this was increased further to ensure all our people were kept up to date with any changes that could have affected the way we worked and there was always an option for feedback to be given. All our employees have access to our Employee Assistance Programme , which operates 24/7, 365 days a year. This offers support and guidance for any one who might need help in several areas such as health, wellbeing, money, elder care and legal services to name a few. Calibration is part of our performance review process to ensure fairness across all employees. In addition to pay reviews a COVID payment was made this year in recognition of the circumstances our employees had to deal with in the last 12 months. All of our HR team are CIPD qualified and support both the company and the employee following its policies and procedures that are in place to ensure fairness and consistency.
