    Team members are a great bunch

    Cons

    Management treats employees like slaves... questions about how many toilet breaks one has had. 5 minutes off the phone and you are in trouble. if you are logged as being 2 minutes late you have to make up the calls but if a call comes in 2 minutes before time and last 10 minutes no recognition or overtimepaid

    Advice to Management

    Some managers are overzealous and make the work environment feel like a prison.

    - Some great people to work within IT area - A Leader in the outsourcing and fund management business

    Cons

    - Very UK centric so offices outside of HQ ignored - As with a lot of finance organisations, there was a lot of politics - Poor remuneration
