      Provide excellent sales training and support. A positive work environment where senior management and elder consultants coach the newcomers for success. Open schedule.

      Cons

      Salary is based only on commissions. At the beginning is so hard, because you need to build your portfolio from scratch and it takes time. Most of the advisory to clients is provided after hours or in weekends.
