      1)Exposure to multiple products (for different competitive exams) 2)Friendly work environment. 3)Systematic allocation of work 4) Good and regular payment of salaries

      Cons

      1) Very difficult to obtain leaves 2) Travel to multiple centers within a day (sometimes) 3) No regular training and very little contact with top management or mid-level management 4) Very less appraisal

      Freedom in Management Decisions, Very friendly work environment, satisfaction in job as you will be making difference in many lives

      Cons

      Very little appreciation from higher management for sincere work. Poor salary appraisals and un clear KPIs. Very Little work life balance
