Good team, company and flexibility.

None. It was good company.

Amazing people that are very kind, supportive, and so talented. They are very communicative and build a great community within the company despite being remote. They recognize and highlight the triumphs of the team members and compensate for good work. Very accommodating to work life balance, even though there were times of very high demand.

It was hard to advance in my position.
