Pros
Working here grants good benefits, a competitive salary and a very stable job. Practically, almost nobody gets fired, never ever. Good work/life balance.
Cons
Very hierarchical and structured management, ideas don't flow, internal entrepreneurship finds strong barriers as both middle and top management is very conservative about everything. Career paths are non-existent, continuous re-organisations put people with the wrong skills in the wrong places, only to be moved again six months later due to the manifest lack of it.
Too many unskilled middle managers block growth for younger people.
