      The company employs great people who are dedicated to their roles. Almost everyone is diligent and hard working.

      Cons

      Constantly short staffed. They are not willing to pay industry standard, underpaid significantly. Mostly men get appointed to management rolls even if they have little or no experience.

      Lots of volunteer opportunities to be involved with help utilise your skills. Flexibility is awesome. They promote a work life balance

      Pay is below average Not much opportunity within your role, despite voluntary opportunities.
