    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Iceland Foods part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

They can be flexible and managers are generally easy to talk to.

    Cons

Lots of pressure on store managers, which can filter down in the form of scare tactics to sales assistants/ duty managers, not something you want out of an (almost) MINIMUM WAGE job. Often fail to deliver on promises and expect high standards (but dont provide the nessasary resources to achieve those standards verses other retailers).

    Advice to Management

Collegues from head office very rarely get their hands dirty.

I worked at Iceland Foods full-time for less than a year

      Pros

Was allowed to keep vehicle overnight, as had no other transport

      Cons

due to lack of experience, time frame was punishing. Some Customers contact details were out of date.

      Advice to Management

Verify Details and Update ASAP, used to be done in-store, now done by third-party
