Pros
Some coworkers are cool, I guess? The time off policy is somewhat generous but gets annoying when management is always absent.
Cons
Incredible wage gap between executives and employees. Every day, you feel like it is your last day at work. Layoffs are rampant. Upper management pushed for a 'voluntary' furlough for the lesser paid employees. HR doesn't know what they're doing. Almost the entire team was replaced while I was here. Management is very disconnected and offers the bare minimum in benefits or incentives to work here. Executive team is all white, and although they claim diversity is abundant, it is absent in positions of power. Overall, this place is the textbook example of the phrase "boss makes a dollar, I make a dime. that poem was from a simpler time. now my boss makes 1000 while I make a cent, and he's got employees who can't pay the rent". If you're a regular employee, you get like a 5-10% salary bonus at the end of the year, so approx. 5-7k. The higher you go up the management ladder, the more of a bonus you get. I believe the executives get at least 25-40% of their salary as a bonus, which is probably more than what some employees make in an entire year.
