I have been working at InnerWorkings full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It's an ok place to work. There a food benefits sometime and the atmosphere is very relax although in some cases that isn't always that great

    Cons

it is a very high school environment like in everyone is very clickee. Grown adults that act like children over not getting their way or when the free candy drawer isn't stocked
