      Pros

      Learned a lot and the development was great both professionally and personally

      Cons

      Because it is essentially a sales job, it can very competitive. They work environment was also very stressful and management does not do a good job of taking care of their people when things get tough. They gaslight a lot to get you to stay and work harder and it is difficult to move into different roles

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
