    Learn a lot Great people/characters New office is very impressive Likely to allow working from home from here on as it has proven to work.

    Cons

    Can be a bit sink or swim at first Deadlines can be ridiculously unrealistic with no reward for achieving them Bonuses are pretty much none existent While the atmosphere is relaxed, the pressure to deliver can be heavy and eventually takes a toll.
