I have been working at Intel Corporation for less than a year

    Pros

The culture at intel is fantastic, especially from the perspective of an intern. Everyone is super helpful and respects interns opinions and fresh perspectives.

    Cons

As it is such a large company approvals for certain tasks can take longer than they would at a small company.

I have been working at Intel Corporation for less than a year

    Pros

The work-life balance, intern program, and career growth opportunities are great! The intern program sets up speaker series, networking events, and career development talks that you're able to attend. People in different teams/business groups will make time for a one-on-one to talk about finding your fit at Intel or mentor you.

    Cons

It's a large company so finding the "perfect fit" can take a while. It also can be overwhelming when you first start, but team members are always willing to help you understand what's going on. You just have to ask!
