Development team was highly competent and knowledgeable, it was really a joy working and learning from them. Management team was efficient and caring. Tech lead was thoughtful and selfless who had diligently sacrificed his time to show concern and share valuable knowledge to interns. Overall, the people were affable and amiable making the working environment very pleasant and productive.

It will be quite difficult to find such working environments with such great people to work with. Students may not have sufficient experience with politics when they advance to larger organizations where there is more structure within the hierarchy.

Tech team was very competent and there are many things to be learned fr the senior devs. Management are caring for employees. Easy environment to intern in, easy people to blend into.

Due to minimal office politics in the company, interning at the company will not be sufficient preparations for larger organisations with more structured hierachy in the office
