      Great people, lots of exposure potential to senior management due to flat structure & they put a lot of money into their staff

      Cons

      Absolutely no potential of any career progression in this company, with a very low pay compared to the market & there is a very high staff turnover rate which makes it a very unmotivating place to work

      Pros

      Great culture with a relatively flat structure and easy access to senior management. They really do value their people a lot

      Cons

      Owners giving no direction for future of business. Not serious about putting their money where their mouth is. Buy something, replenish your pipeline and continue what is otherwise a great business.
