I don't have to say cons for the company. If you have a chance to visit or have an interview at the Istuary, go to ask them that Istuary has been established for less than 2 years, but why more than 30 employees have left or been fired? If the company is as good as the founder and other managers/recruiters state, why there are so many people who left company? Also ask them how many hours per week and do they get paid overtime? Try to record and ask the CEO, do you have vacations each year? Asking them questions is better and more accurate than any other comments posted here.
