Okay - Instructor J Prep Employee Review

The students are great. Many nice co-workers. Very reasonable working hours and half-decent pay for the industry.

Management can be very nit-picky and there is a very inconsistent enforcement of rules (generally very minor ones) which is very frustrating to experience. Lack of job security for foreign staff. Generally, Japanese staff are on permanent contracts. Foreign staff are not.

Good hourly pay with flexible scheduling.

Horrible trainers, almost no support. Students look exhausted.
