Healthy competitive environment. Majority of the people there are friendly and helps one another other even if you are from a different team. If you are open to feedbacks and put in the work in, you will see results.
Cons
Very messy communication and misaligned expectations. One thing could be said today but actions and expectations shows otherwise. Promotion criteria was not properly communicated and is different for every consultant. Late or incorrect commission payouts. Defiantly not a competitive commission scheme. During the end of the month, management would ask you to input offers into the system that are not even concrete so that the reports looks nice for HQ. And if it falls through you will be the one to answer for it and start off your new month in a deficit.
