      Pros

      When hard decisions need to be made, Julie makes them; taking all scenarios into account. Her door is ALWAYS open and she encourages the team to share their ideas or concerns. Julie trusts us and provides the autonomy to do our jobs, yet she is always there to offer advice or bounce ideas off of.

      Cons

      I really can't think of anything, The only thing I will say is that she never stops working - she can only do so many things at one time.

      Pros

      JBK's CEO is someone who truly cares about each member of the team and forming strong relationships. She cares about the ideas the team brings to the table and listens to concerns. Very focused on growth and the entire team is rowing in that same direction with a clear destination - growth. It is an exciting time to be a part of this company.
