Pros

Great product, office is nice, free lunches, free parking downtown

Cons

There is no cohesive leadership. The North American hub is located in Minneapolis, but the NA General Manager lives in California where there is no JC office. The General Manager will make appearances every so often in Minneapolis but only speak with the people that matter to them. People quit left and right, and they just hire more temps. They consistently have issues with their ERP system being down for hours each day but still expect employees to fulfill their jobs. Upper Management pushes through changes without fully testing or vetting the change. CEO will get upset over the smallest things...the working environment is a culture of fear. They also don't pay their employees well. You have to fight for a decent pay with a huge workload. Worst company I have ever worked for. HR has said disparaging things about people in a minority class, and they do nothing about it. They just don't care about their employees unless they are at a VP level or higher.

Pros

Good pay, good PTO, (mostly) nice employees

Cons

I had high hopes when joining this company. I quickly learned that there was little to no communication or support from UK to US teams. Nearly all US based MN employees are bitter and scorned creating a toxic work environment. I was let go with absolutely no warning and without any legitimate explanation. As a matter of fact, I had positive reviews almost up until the day I was let go. Makes me wonder what sort of people I was dealing with all along. In the long run, it was probably a blessing as this brand will undoubtedly meet the same fate as beanie babies.
