    I worked at JetBlue full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Work from home; which can save you on transportation costs.

    Cons

    They can and will call you in for overtime at anytime day or night, regardless if you have just finished a shift or not and yes they will call you in on your days off too.

    Advice to Management

    Take better care of your employees; they are not machines, they are just as human as your clients.

    I have been working at JetBlue for less than a year

    Pros

    - Supportive co workers (crewmembers) who genuinely care about your wellbeing and your professional development - JetBlue actually lives by their cultural values- which makes the company so great -Flight benefits

    Cons

    - A little bit of burnout, but all of the pros make the burnout not seem so bad- especially if you are the type of person that likes being constantly busy - Ambiguity about growth within the company (but this could happen with any internship)

    Advice to Management

    - Nothing. Management is constantly working on ways to reduce burnout.

    work culture, flight benefits, 401k matching, working with the public who have a high degree of respect for JetBlue. Company is growing (European service starting 2021) so the potential for career growth within company is very good.

    Cons

    can be long hours and somewhat stressful when in irregular operations due to weather or other issue.
