    Pros

    Work from home; which can save you on transportation costs.

    Cons

    They can and will call you in for overtime at anytime day or night, regardless if you have just finished a shift or not and yes they will call you in on your days off too.

    Benefits were good. The company really tries to live by it's core values. Meet new people everyday. It's always fast pace and exciting .

    Cons

    Pay is not industry standard. In the airline industry it's who you know.
