      - No pressure - Friendly team - Periodically some fun events

      Cons

      - Prefers work with South Am engineers. If you are local, big risk to be replaced with latin ones (not means that those are bad, but a little cheaper). So you have to be two had upper.

      remote culture allows for flexibility but thats all

      terrible work culture and no path to promotion, no recognition of "good work", no raises or equity bumps
