Pros

Good salary to mask all the bad that comes with being at the company Company perks in the earlier days were good

Cons

The high salary given to you as a result of promotion immediately puts a target on your back As salaries are transparent at the company, this is used against employees upon occasion Nepotism runs through the company The environment is highly political Immature leadership which has shown no remorse when letting people go Inexperienced middle-management Senior leadership tend to make decisions on matters they have minimal expertise on Company has changed their remote-first approach to an obligation to be in-office for a set number of days, despite employees' dissatisfaction Difficult to trust colleagues, even within your own team Most disgustingly: Personal issues/hard times in your life, communicated to management, are ignored When you are let go, you may not even be offered the opportunity to say goodbye to colleagues with whom you may have built connections with (despite having a good reputation at the company).

Pros

Freedom to do your job in the way you see fit, as long as you deliver results.

Cons

Toxic leadership and constant changes without warning. High personnel turnover and a false image of being tolerant to differing opinions. Somwhat low on gender diversity. Low bonding between departments drives unnecessary conflicts.
