      Great compensation, and flexible work schedule. Hours can be demanding but this goes along with any type of sales position.

      Cons

      There is not much work life balance, it seems like there are requirements that go beyond the normal schedule, but this tends to happen most places.

      Pros

      People here care about the work and this station is advancing the ball way more than other TV stations. Podcasts, documentaries, streaming shows. Lots of growth ahead and management always listens to ideas, concerns. Great team.

      Cons

      Management has been here for a long time, so room for upward career growth can be tough. But, they promote to senior producer and EP's.
