Pros
Nice benefits and big office located centrally, some helpful interested peers.
Cons
To get ahead or have a promotion, you would literally have to change roles, management is poor and they change the plan every year, their new CEO quit after a couple months on the job which says a lot... There's also a preference for higher management and the directors will have favorites that they will help in detriment to others. Higher management will also steer your career path in such a way that is in line with the 'beliefs' of the company and if you don't buy into them you get the boot. Apparently they also had a few waves of redundancy only in the last year and they work really hard to keep it all under wraps if it's negative. There's all sorts of red flags within a corporation as big as this one, pay attention!
