Incredibly unprofessional leadership, constant consumption of alcohol at work related events, no long term picture of the business growth, questionable internal hires, no HR support when confidential issues arise - these are treated more like school gossip - and I guarantee people in the office will hear about your issues. Overwhelmingly dramatic work places, overuse of sexual slander thinking it's funny, high turnover, no true training, individuals in a leadership position are placed there out of popularity, just bad overall.
