• The work is interesting and you probably will get great experience working on a variety of different focuses within your field. • CEO does have a good vision of the company direction so it is a growing company

• You will be paid way less than you should be for your years of experience, what you're doing, and performance, while expected to over perform under extremely tight deadlines and work overtime. • You more than likely will not get a pay raise at all depending on what department you're in. I haven't had one in 3 years despite always delivering year after year. • The company stopped contributing to the 401k matching and bonuses have stopped as well over the past few years.
