      Pros

      The only reason I am sticking to this place is my manager and the work I have been doing. There is a lot of learning opportunity and freedom to work.

      Cons

      The pay structure is all over the place. A person who might have low to no work experience and education might get double the salary of a person who has higher education and higher work experience, if they are in the right team with the right vertical head who has a lot of influence.

      I had a really good experience working there. Everyone is super helpful and easy to engage with.

      For the most part everyone is remote.

      Pros

      The people I work with are incredible: brilliant, compassionate, and deeply dedicated to making the world a better place through education. I feel proud of the curriculum we've created and of the high standards we've held ourselves to. Great work life balance, and wonderful support from my manager and director.

      Cons

      I think it would be great for this company to move to a 4-day work week
