Thank you for your review.
We are pleased to hear that your management team are supporting you in your role, furthermore we'd like to add that we are incredibly proud of the Kier benefits that we offer our staff!
In terms of working weekends, it is the nature of some roles that occasionally staff may be asked to work outside of typical 9-5 hours. If this does become an issue for you, we encourage that you should speak with your line manager / HR Business Partner, and we can evaluate how to better support you.
Visible and accessible strong leadership from senior management. Excellent development and engagement to make you feel valued and rewarded. Great employee benefits such as pensions, sharesaves and discount schemes
Cons
None, except the industry as a whole finds it difficult to attract people to a very enjoyable construction and infrastructure market sector
