      Salary is very low but provoided on right time.

      Cons

      Very arrogant management.Not a good environment to work. Employers are treated like beggers. No dignity to any staff.You will not get salary if you resign last week of a particular month.No salary on hartal days.Loss of pay on late.No salary on leave.

      1. We get adequate training from the very first day of joining. 2. We have complete freedom of our job. 3. Job security is 100%. 4. Institutional Environment is really great. 5. Weekly reviews help us learn our mistakes. 6. Encouragement for our good deeds make us more confident. 7. Approachable management. 8. Salary and salary hike are excellent in the industry. 9. Management knows how to streamline the employees in the way they want. 10. Rewards & Recognition make us feel even better
