I worked at Kindred Group full-time

    Pros

People are young so feel like a bit of a doss house.

    Cons

Leadership is weak. If it were not, many people would have gone already. Some people in high positions simply do not understand their area of work. And unfortunately, as said, there was a culture of bullying. People there know about it, but refuse to say anything, mainly through fear of losing their jobs. What is worse is that it appears to rub off on others within the team. Accounting, legal, HR, relationship management, lots of people leave and no one seems to ask the obvious question: why?

    Advice to Management

Get rid of those who have really put the company at risk; do not tolerate certain behaviours.

I have been working at Kindred Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good ability to make the job your own, great people, able to try new things, internal progression available. Good benefits. Interesting industry.

    Cons

Very internationally focused so if you're not in core markets in can be hard to get noticed. Gambling not everyone's favourite industry, you can feel stigmatised.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. Perhaps make the UK and Malta offices as nice as Stockholm.
