I worked at King's College London as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

There is nothing positive to say about my experience there

    Cons

    Toxic work environment
Issues with accountability and leadership - there is no acknowledgment of the few people holding things together.
Organisation doesn’t look out for its employees and the work culture is one of institutionalised incompetence and blame. There are serious issues in the way it handles people management particularly in the HR ‘department’.

    Advice to Management

Stop spending money on lawyers start investing in your workforce and introducing a robust people management strategy with strong transformational leadership as a starting point.
