Pros
Friendly upper management, flexible working hours, good training opportunities, comparably friendlier working atmosphere. Lots of things to learn. Mobbing is mostly eliminated within the company. Continuos evaluation of the management is applied by the HR through several inventories and assessements filled by the employees.
Cons
Expectation of big achievements, lots of commitments and standart salary from not enough amount of employees. Ownership depends mostly on responsible people. Decision making and action taking process is pretty much long.
