      Pros

      Great culture and mid level management really cares. Clients are great to work it and you'll be part of a diverse environment.

      Cons

      No career growth, no opportunities, no up skilling trainings. Want a raise? Good luck with that. Want a promotion? No thank you, they'll hire externally rather than train their own people. Below average market standards in terms of salary.

      Pros

      I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

      Cons

      Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

      This is an RPO with many clients. It all depends on who you work with. I enjoy team. Very collaborative and supportive team and management.

      Cons

      Workload is insane. Bi-monthly pay.
