      Pros

      Working in accounting was a great way for me to move from a smaller company to a larger one. There is extensive work with excel and SAP which is great exposure for other things. Love everyone I work with, but it is definitely a pass-through position.

      Cons

      Company was recently acquired by Korn/ Ferry International so the transitional phase is constant and will be on-going throughout the remainder of this year at least (2013).

      Pros

      I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

      Cons

      Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

      Pros

      This is an RPO with many clients. It all depends on who you work with. I enjoy team. Very collaborative and supportive team and management.

      Cons

      Workload is insane. Bi-monthly pay.
