Pros

Fast-Paced Learning Environment This company offers a dynamic environment where you'll wear many hats across different departments. This structure allows you to develop a wide range of skills in a short period. Here's what this means for you: Rapid Skill Development: Gain exposure to diverse tasks and projects, accelerating your learning curve and building a valuable skillset. Versatility: Become a valuable asset by acquiring skills in multiple areas, allowing you to adapt to changing needs and contribute across departments.

Cons

Company Culture Workload Distribution: The company seems to rely heavily on a small group of employees with deep knowledge of the systems. This can lead to overworked staff and hinder overall efficiency. Diversity and Inclusion: A lack of diversity in upper management suggests potential blind spots regarding inclusivity. Harassment: My experience with microaggressions and overheard hate speech indicates a hostile work environment. Growth: Though this is a fast-paced learning environment there is very little career growth. Management Responsiveness It took an unacceptable amount of time for management to acknowledge my report regarding harassment. The reported issue of microaggressions and hate speech was not effectively addressed.

Pros

People in most departments are great to work with. No layoffs. Since the company is used to having nothing in terms of development, any efforts tend to be appreciated.

Cons

Quite possibly the most incompetent HR department I’ve ever seen. HR Business Partners are both micromanaging while not knowing what to do in their jobs. Every director in the department is too busy fighting with each other to get anything done. Other non-HR departments in the company are hesitant to work with them because of it.
