    I have been working at Kwiff full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great office space, relaxed culture and a willingness to get sh*t done. Everyone believes in the product and isn't scared to make their opinions known.

    Cons

    Need to sometimes look at the bigger picture and not tunnel vision into 1 or 2 features/ideas

    Advice to Management

    Need to nurture innovation and try to avoid transition into red-tape as the company grows

    I worked at Kwiff

    Pros

    Employees very willing to help one another. Office is okay. Free fruit

    Cons

    Valuing those who benefit the company in their ST goals. “Start-up” and “not a startup” gets used a lot when favouring the CEO. Recruitment process very messy; interviewers not around, resulting in wasting valuable time.

    Advice to Management

    As a “small/medium” company, valuing staff, their skills and their contribution to work. Management and Chief level must all receive training on how to retain staff, treat staff with more value and be able to make the office a nice working environment, rather than compensating staff with lunches when carrying out mass redundancies with no explanation as to why.
