      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, Fair work hours and vacation, healthy foods, and a focus on continual improvement make this a great place to work.

      Cons

      Like any company, there are things I could pick at, and there are different things someone else would pick at. But having actually worked at other companies, I can definitely say that LEMO does a really good job advocating for the employees. I don't have much to complain about. LEMO takes good care of its employees, and I'm really happy here.

      The GM is making great changes at LEMO to treat everyone fair and equal.

      There are some negative people that are not willing to change.

      Friendly employees and a nice building

      Cons

      Low compensation, very low raises 1-2%, sometimes you don't get a raise. Also every year we were told health benefit costs are increasing since "too many people are using the health benefits"
