Pros
Payscale is industry standard Good for Interns, HR and admin role
Cons
here is zero work-life balance—they believe that if they pay you, they own you. Time tracking is extreme; being just one minute short of 9 hours in a month results in a half-day leave deduction, and more than an hour means losing a full day. They have a dormitory, but using it means those hours are deducted from your working time. Sick leave is a joke—if you take it, you must compensate by working on weekends. TV division is the worst The work environment is outright toxic. Managers regularly scold and humiliate employees in front of everyone, feeding their egos by making others feel small. Work-from-home is exclusively for top management, and simply requesting it invites backlash. To top it off, they have an internal exam, and if you fail, you’re out. The entire system runs on control, and public shaming. If you value your mental health, self-respect, and career growth, avoid this company at all costs
