Pros

They will hire anyone that passes the background check, can answer specific questions on the interview, and be comfortable working in a Walmart. If you are actually responsible, disciplined, risk taking, organized, clear headed, and capable of clienteling, managing, opening your home and life to your job 24/7 365, and don't mind self managing and sacrificing your salary until you figure it out there is a chance at making money in 2-3 years. You MUST and I mean 100% be a social person, not done of the time, all of the time. It is required. My recommendation? It is best for "interning" any job will be easier than this. Take this job if you live at home and go to school of money is not an object and you're social you so have fun and earn some applicable skills in the business world IF you're serious about it.

Cons

Commission only Owner/Manager is not consistent and vulgar. Expect cussing on a regular bases. Success rate of employees is low, VERY high turnover Requires you to be a self managed person already or it will be time, months, before you make consistent money. MUST know how to clientele and follow up or you will lose most of your first clients due to neglecting follow up. Job requires you work 24/7 the more you get involved and you WILL get involved. You have easy hours to start, then the mornings start earlier as you move up and they don't require it, but you end up working 8am-8 pm or as late as 10 pm and then attending office events on your days off that aren't stated as mandatory but are if you want to be successful. Then they "recommend" (do or die) you come in on your only other day off or risk falling behind your colleagues. It is a multi- marketing scheme, the model puts all business risk on you. Think Avon, Young Living, Mary Kay, with an office and set hours but you're in an office 10% of your time, Walmart 70-80% of your time and the rest at team "events" where you go eat or hang out on your own dime. You must be OK with hearing no, you will hear it 100 times for every yes. Yes does not mean you will make the sale. It will be a year at absolute minimum unless you are a diamond in the rough before you make a consistent paycheck. Pay attention to the pay structure. It requires travel that you pay for yourself. Expect to be driving an average of 40-80 miles per day and traveling to other cities and states on your own dime. If you are hesitant after interviewing, say no. It requires commitment for this business model to work for you.

Thanks for your feedback. We just wanted to address a few things that are misleading about your review: (1) We do not hire everyone. Last week for example we received over 300 resumes, called only 150 of those, had only 25 in for a first round interview, and invited back 17 for a second round interview. We hired 3 people. The only reason we are going into detail about this is to back up the fact that we actually have very high standards for who we hire, and we like to bring people on that we know can be successful. (2) Turnover is not really that high, and we have lots of success. In fact, we just opened up a second branch location for our company because we are growing from strength, which is all due to our awesome team. (3) All reps have the opportunity to make consistent money right away, and most do. We pay every employee a base salary + commission on sales. After just a few weeks of training, most consistently hit our sales standards and make good money. Because there is no cap on commission, many make quite a bit consistently. Our sale is not cyclical, so there's really no reason someone should not make "consistent money" as you phrased it. (4) This is a big one. We are NOT a multi-level marketing company in any way shape or form. There is nothing about us that is even close to that. We have a traditional business where employees are W2, work here in the office everyday with set hours, and they make base pay + commission. None of that is even close to what an MLM does. Thanks for your time, we invite anyone who has questions to call us.

Pros

The people I work with are great! It's very inspiring to be working alongside individuals with the same go-getter attitude. The opportunities for advancement are absolutely incredible and it feels amazing to work in a place that cultivates future business leaders. I've grown more, (both professionally and personally), at this job than any other I've had. There is a great network of successful individuals who are examples of where perseverance can take you. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is a very hard worker and looks to move into management quickly.

Cons

Like anything else in this world, the harder you work the more you will succeed. You have to be open to growing which can be uncomfortable at first.

Pros

Pros- The environment, the culture what LIVE solutions is all about. Gives you alot of experience with customers, self management, team management . The opportunity to work with great people and aim for the stars is unlike any other. i saw the reviews and was scared and skeptical. HOWEVER other people's experience is just that THEIRS not mine. i have a mind of my own and i am not one to be the "what if" type of person.

Cons

To be honest , knowing how to keep a positive mentality EVERY DAY is hard. Working with Live Solutions and Dezmund Herron was bitter sweet. Bitter because this job showed ME what i was bad at. Sweet because Dezmund was very helpful , team oriented and just a great person to work with and be around. Truly the con to any job is how you view yourself on a daily basis. this job keeps you humble , hungry and ready ONLY if you are ready truly ready for a challenging reward. i stopped working here because i had to go back home 4 hours away for family. THE ONLY TRUE DISABILITY IN LIFE IS A BAD ATTITUDE. -said by a guy who had no legs but was in the olympics. You can have the world at your finger tips or a 9-5 with someone telling you what you can do and how much youre worth for YOUR TIME.

Thanks for your honest review! It takes someone strong to admit that they're not great at everything, but it takes us all admitting what we're not good at to get better. We definitely have a personal growth focus here, which means lots of good and growth, but also a lot of self-reflection and discomfort. We're so glad you appreciated the support of the team.
