- Micromanaging, control-freak supervisors - Disengaged upper management who has no clue how their department actually runs - Employees treated as wayward children - Straight time on holidays at low pay - Working every holiday except Christmas day - High turnover of employees. The only people who stay are the ones without better options. - Mainly teenage and elderly employees. This is a job for people at the very beginning or tail end of their careers. There isn't much in between.
