As a new hire at L&F, I was really impressed with the onboarding process. Everything from benefits to computer setup to how to bill time was clear and easy from day 1. The teams across the entire Americas region have been incredibly welcoming and genuine in their offer to help me get acclimated. It's cool to see a company producing amazing work also be full of down-to-earth people - a rarity in the creative space from my experience!
Cons
A new office is being built but isn't quite ready yet. It will awesome to have a space to gather once that work is complete!
