Dear reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We value every opinion, including critical ones, as they help us reflect on how we can continue improving as an organization. At Lasting Dynamics, we are strongly committed to recognizing people’s contribution through a combination of competitive salaries, additional compensation and performance-based bonuses. Over the past years, the company has distributed approximately €300K–€500K per year in bonuses across the team, in addition to salaries and other benefits. We continuously benchmark our compensation policies against the Italian and Spanish markets, with the goal of remaining above the average for comparable expertise, seniority and responsibilities. Regarding our organizational model, Lasting Dynamics is known for its Agile-as-a-Service approach, which is based on autonomy, trust and accountability. We intentionally promote self-management and empower teams to take ownership of their work, while keeping project management structures lean and focused. Scrum Masters and project leads are involved where needed to support delivery, remove blockers and ensure alignment, without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. We understand that every experience can be different, and we are always open to constructive feedback. Anyone who wishes to discuss specific concerns is welcome to contact our management team directly. Warm regards, Lasting Dynamics

Pros

You are treated literally like a tool. added or replaced just like that. They lie when saying they care about growth. all they care about is numbers. They even have an excel sheet with the number of PRs reviewed, PR comments, PRs approved. and they make employees compete to see who gets the higher number. You can see what kind of environment this creates.

Cons

CEO embarrasses people in team calls, calling them names like "totally stupid", "idiotic", "I would be ashamed",..etc. Projects are all over the place, and you feel the heat from shareholders like they are breathing down your neck. This isn't a tech company it's a slaves barn. Salaries are low and there are no future plans, you can be let go at any moment no matter how good you are. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Dear reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to read that your experience at Lasting Dynamics was negative. We take comments regarding workplace culture, communication and management behavior very seriously. Respect, professionalism and accountability are principles we expect at every level of the organization, and any situation where someone feels disrespected deserves attention. At the same time, we would like to clarify that our performance management practices are intended to support transparency, quality and continuous improvement, not to create unhealthy competition. Metrics related to engineering activity, such as code reviews or pull requests, are used as one of many indicators to understand delivery flow, collaboration and technical quality - after all Lasting Dynamics is nowadays recognized among top 15 software house in the world - for quality and results. Our Agile practices are never meant to reduce people to numbers or replace qualitative evaluation, mentoring and team feedback - but we do understand that in order to handle certain high standards, a certain seniority is required. Regarding compensation and career development, Lasting Dynamics continuously reviews salaries, benefits and bonus distribution across its international teams. In recent years, the company has distributed significant annual bonuses (300K-500K€ per year) in addition to salaries and other forms of compensation, and we remain committed to improving our growth paths, feedback processes and internal communication. We regret that your experience did not reflect the standards we aim to uphold. If you are open to it, we invite you to contact our management team directly so that we can better understand the specific circumstances. Warm regards, Lasting Dynamics
